How it Works – All-Girl Stunts
We are going to show you how to adjust the attachments to go from Beginner to Elite!
To start out you will use the Main Base, the Side Base insert in the middle, and the All-Girl insert. Place the All-Girl insert inside the base at the toe portion of your foot, the Side Base insert (the taller of the two) right in the middle, and step up on the Stunt Stand with your heel on the back part of the Main Base and the toe touching the All-Girl insert.
More Challenging- Move the All-Girl insert to the end of the Stunt Stand, turn the Side Base down the length of the base, and step up with your heel at the back of the Main Base and toe touching the All-Girl insert, that will provide less support in the arch of the foot.
Most Challenging- Take out the Side Base insert and put in the All-Girl insert. Stand up with the back portion of the heel on the Main Base and your toe on the All-Girl insert. These three positions are for beginners. You will want to use these positions for about two weeks until you are used to standing up on the Stunt Stand, locking out your leg, and pulling your body position.
You want to insert the Side Base insert at the toe, which will provide less stability in the toe portion, if your stunt group gets a bad grip. You will want your toe on the Side Base insert and your heel on the Main Base.
More Challenging- Turn the Side Base insert the length of the base. This will create less support near your toe. Place your heel at the back of the Main Base and your toe at the top of the Side Base insert.
Most Challenging- Move the Side Base insert the length of the base. Make sure the Side Base insert is directly against the Main Base of the Stunt Stand.
Start out with Side Base insert directly next to the Main Base. You want to place the middle of your foot on the Side Base insert and your heel on the back of the Main Base.
More Challenging: Take out all inserts and stand on the Main Base. This simulates a bad grip in an All-Girl group, so if you can stand on this, you have mastered all of the All-Girl stunts.
Most Challenging: Half Ups and Full Ups for All-Girl stunts. For a half up, stand on the side opposite of the Main Base, (Always make sure you have the Spinning insert set to the size of your foot; adjust it back or forth based on your foot size; heel should be on the back portion of the Main Base and the toe should be at the top of the Spinning insert) you want to have the front portion of your toe on the spinning insert and you will stand straight up and spin until your heel lands on the Main Base. For Full Ups, place the Spinning insert at the same level as the Half Up. You will start out with your toe on the front portion of Spinning Insert and your heel toward the Main Base. When beginning the stunt, you want to put your weight on the toe portion, you don’t want to exaggerate it like a ballerina, just lifted enough to where you can initiate the spin, once in air, keep both feet together and keep your body tight, and turn until your heel lands on the back portion of the Main Base.
